Who it's for
When there's more in you than what comes across
Maybe you know this feeling:
You want to show up – but just the thought of it makes you shrink back inside. Your body closes up. You get nervous, pull inward, or would rather not be in the spotlight at all.
And then there are those moments when you do show up. You have something to say. You're competent. You know exactly what you want to convey – and yet it doesn't land the way you meant it to.
What's left is frustration. Disappointment. Maybe even the thought:
"Somehow, I'm just wrong."
And next time?
You show up a little less again.
It's not a flaw in you. It's the distance between what's inside you and what actually reaches others. And that distance can be closed.
Clarity creates security. Security enables presence. Presence creates impact.
From the inside out
PRESENCE DOESN'T HAPPEN BY CHANCE
I work with you on four areas that are key to how you experience yourself, show up outwardly, and land with others.
CLARITY
Who am I and what do I want to show?
VISIBILITY
Do I dare to show myself?
PRESENCE
How am I present?
IMPACT
What comes across to others?
You don't have to become someone else for this.
It's about making your presence visible – so that what's inside you finally becomes the impact others can feel.
ABOUT ME
I've learned to make presence a conscious practice.
Since I was 4 years old, I've grown up hard of hearing in a hearing world. That has shaped me like nothing else.
I couldn't simply go along as a matter of course, or trust that a word would somehow land. I had to find another way to be present in a room and truly be perceived.
That way was presence.
From an early age, I learned to make myself present enough to have an effect – not through hearing, but through everything else: through posture, attention, and the subtle reading of what lies between the words. In glances, in pauses, in a sentence that breaks off before it's finished.
What was self-evident for others, I had to consciously develop. I had to create presence in order to have an impact – to be heard, to claim my place, and to belong.
That is exactly where my greatest strength comes from.
I know how to develop presence when it doesn't arise on its own. And I know how presence turns into real impact.
This has been my life's school, and today it's the foundation of my work.
I see people not only for what they show, but also for what may not yet be coming through. That's exactly what I support them with: making their own presence visible, and creating real impact with what's truly inside them.
WHERE YOU STAND RIGHT NOW
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
I actually know what I'm capable of – but I don't show it.
The moment all eyes are on me, my body closes up.
I have something to say, but it doesn't come across the way I mean it.
I'm competent, but I'm not perceived that way.
I hold myself back, even though I actually want to take up more space.
I want to become more visible, without having to bend myself out of shape.
I know there's more in me.
WHERE YOU WANT TO GO
THIS IS POSSIBLE
Show yourself, without losing yourself.
Stay grounded in yourself, even when attention is on you.
Say clearly what you mean, and have it land.
Show up the way you want to be perceived.
Take up space, without having to put on an act.
Become visible, in a way that feels like you.
Carry more of what's truly inside you out into the world.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Tell me where you're at right now
