WHAT I BELIEVE
NO ONE HAS TO GET LOUDER TO BE HEARD
And no one has to bend themselves out of shape to be seen.
I have been hard of hearing since the age of four and grew up in a hearing world. Nothing has shaped me more.
Words didn't always reach me as a matter of course. So I found my own way to be present in a room and to be truly noticed.
That way was presence.
From an early age, I learned to have an impact: not through hearing, but through everything else. Through posture, attention and the subtle reading of what lies between the words. In glances. In pauses. In the sentence that breaks off before it's finished.
What came naturally to others, I developed consciously. Because I wanted to be heard. To take my place. To belong. Exactly what every person wants.
That became my greatest strength. Along with a certainty: presence is not a talent. It grows from inner security. And every person can build it.
This is my life's school and today the foundation of my work.
I see people not only in what they show, but also in what hasn't yet come to the surface. And I help them make exactly that visible, so that what's inside them becomes real impact.
